Play credits include: a fish in Noah's Ark, Rooster in Annie, a donkey in a nativity play, a chorus part in Cinderella, and Rumplestiltskin in Grimm Tales. One of his audition tapes for Harry Potter was a rap about how he'd like to be Ron, dressed as his female drama teacher. Along with Harry Potter co-star Emma Watson, played many tricks on Daniel Radcliffe.
How Rupert would like the Harry Potter books to end: I want Ron to stand up to Malfoy and punish him.

Newcomer Rupert Grint is 14 years old and He has performed in school productions and with the local theatre drama group.
Recent productions include the role of the gangster Rooster in Annie and a production of Peter Pan. At school he played the role of Rumplestiltskin in the Grimm Tales and Mystic Meg for a talent show & once he was played a part as a fish.
Rupert auditioned for the role of Ron Weasley in Harry Potter after watching an appeal by the casting director on the BBC television show Newsround.
Rupert also agreed that he never thought he would get the role of Ron but he knew it was worth a try and know he's swimming in a very big pool ((I wanna be there!!!! - Mandi)). He's used to fishing in smaller pools, Once he played a part as a fish in one of the plays....
